Elevate Luxury Rental Cancellation and Change Policy
If you have already picked up your vehicle:
If you have already picked up your vehicle and wish to keep it longer; you must contact the location where you picked up the vehicle.
If you have not picked up your vehicle:
If you have not picked up your vehicle you can view, modify, or cancel your reservation by calling or texting us to edit your original reservation.
If you modify your pick-up or drop-off location, date or time, this may result in a change to your rates, taxes, surcharges, or underage fees.
Will I be charged if I cancel my reservation?
If you cancel your booking more than 1 day (24 Hours) before your specified pick-up time, you will receive a full refund minus a cancellation fee of USD $10.
If you cancel your booking less than 1 day (24 Hours) before your specified pick-up time, you will receive a full refund minus a cancellation fee of 25% of your base daily/weekly/monthly rate.
Frequently Asked Questions
No. The minimum age to rent a vehicle is 21 years of age. If you are between the ages of 21 and 24, a young renter fee may be applied to your rental. Renters 21 through 24 years of age may also be restricted to specific car classes.
If you wish to know the cost of the ‘Young Renter Fee’ you may begin the reservation process to determine the exact amount of the fee for the specific vehicle. You will have the option to confirm or cancel the reservation.
Yes! Depending on availability, and lead times are subject to change, but we are always happy to accommodate “last minute” reservations.
Yes, most of our inventory of vehicles can be offered with a protection plan (minimum or standard) and the fee associated with that will be an option to select when beginning a reservation.

Yes, Elevate Luxury does offer discounted rates for everyone listed above. Please call us to create a reservation to apply the rate, and please have identification ready at pickup to verify.

Debit/check cards are any non-credit cards bearing the VISA®, Mastercard® or Discover® logo. Prepaid cards or any other non-credit cards without one of these logos are not accepted.
Cash
Elevate Luxury may accept cash payments; however, it can only be for a portion of the rental, and the security deposit will still need to be paid with a major credit/debit card. Check with your rental location to see if the rental location accepts cash. We apologize for any inconvenience.
A car rental deposit is required in order to rent a car from Elevate Luxury, but the amount varies based on vehicle. For the most accurate pricing, we recommend starting a reservation.
