Privacy Policy
1238 Deloss St, Indianapolis, IN 46203 · (317) 459-5318 · https://elevate-luxury.com/
Effective date: October 1, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Elevate Luxury LLC, an Indiana limited liability company, together with its subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, and operating brands, and their respective successors and assigns (collectively, “Elevate Luxury,” “we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit https://elevate-luxury.com/ (the “Site”), request a quote or reservation, rent a vehicle, book chauffeured transportation, or otherwise communicate with us (together, our “Services”). This Policy is the privacy notice referred to in our Rental Agreement and Terms & Conditions. If you rent a vehicle, the Rental Agreement also contains consents that apply to your rental, including consent to vehicle tracking.
1. Information We Collect
Information you give us
•Contact details: name, phone number, email address, mailing address, and company name (for business bookings).
•Reservation and trip details: vehicle selected, dates and times, pickup, return, and delivery locations, flight or travel details, special requests, and messages you send through our Reservations page or Contact form.
•Chauffeured service details: passenger names and number, pickup and drop-off addresses, itinerary, event details, and any security-coordination needs you share with us.
•Identity and eligibility information: driver’s license details and images (including license number, date of birth, address, expiration, and photo), and similar information for each additional driver.
•Insurance information: insurer name, policy number, coverage types and limits, declarations pages or ID cards, and claim information.
•Payment information: card or other payment details, billing address, and deposit and authorization information. Card payments are processed by third-party payment processors. We generally receive limited details such as card type, the last four digits, and authorization status, rather than full card numbers.
•Rental records: your signed Rental Agreement and Rental Record, e-signature records (date, time, IP address, and device information), vehicle condition photos and videos, incident and damage reports, toll and citation records, and payment history.
•Communications: emails, text messages, and other correspondence with us. With notice, we may monitor or record calls and chat conversations for quality, training, and record-keeping purposes.
Driver vetting and background checks
To decide whether to approve a rental, and where permitted by law, we and/or our commercial insurer may verify your identity and driver’s license and obtain information such as your driving record, license status, insurance score, credit report, and criminal background check. These reports come from third-party verification providers and consumer reporting agencies, and we obtain them only with the authorization you give in the Rental Agreement and as permitted by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and similar laws. If we deny or change a rental based in whole or in part on a consumer report, we will provide the notices the law requires, including the name of the agency that provided the report and your right to obtain a free copy and dispute its accuracy.
Vehicle GPS and telematics data
Our vehicles are equipped with GPS and telematics devices installed by us and/or the manufacturer. During a rental, these devices collect information about the vehicle, including its location, speed, mileage, driving behavior (such as hard braking, rapid acceleration, and cornering), ignition and door events, fuel or charge level, and diagnostic and maintenance data. Because the vehicle is in your care, this data may relate to you, any other driver, and passengers. Renters agree to this collection in the Rental Agreement and are asked to tell other drivers and passengers about it.
If you connect a phone or other device to a vehicle’s infotainment system, the vehicle may store information such as contacts, call history, messages, and navigation destinations. We encourage you to delete this information before returning the vehicle. We may clear vehicle systems between rentals, but we are not responsible for information you leave in a vehicle.
Information collected automatically on the Site
When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect information such as your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, pages viewed, links clicked, referring website, the date and time of your visit, and approximate location derived from your IP address. We collect this using cookies, pixels, and similar technologies (see Section 5).
Information from other sources
We may receive information about you from identity, license, and background-check providers; consumer reporting agencies; insurers, brokers, and claims administrators; payment processors; toll authorities, parking operators, and other government agencies; law enforcement; people who book or pay for a rental or ride on your behalf (such as an employer or event organizer); and social media and review platforms when you interact with our pages.
Sensitive information
Some information we collect, such as driver’s license numbers, precise vehicle location, financial account information, and criminal background information, is treated as sensitive under some laws. We use it only for the purposes described in this Policy, such as verifying eligibility, protecting our vehicles, processing payments, and handling claims.

4. Legal Disclosures
We may disclose personal information, including rental records, driver’s license and insurance information, and GPS and telematics data, to law enforcement agencies, courts, government authorities, insurers, our attorneys, and other parties when we believe in good faith that it is reasonably necessary to:

We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies on the Site. These include:
•Essential technologies that make the Site, its forms, and its reservation features work and help keep them secure.
•Analytics or advertising tools, if we use them, that help us understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it, and that help us measure and deliver ads on other websites and social media.
•Embedded third-party content, such as Google Maps, Google reviews, embedded videos, and social media links, whose providers may set their own cookies or collect information when you view or interact with that content, under their own privacy policies.
Your choices. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies; if you do, some Site features may not work properly. No website, transmission, or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send driver’s license, insurance, or payment information through general contact forms or unencrypted email unless we ask you to; we will tell you how to submit those documents securely.
